Grading soil is a 60/40 blend of compost and sand. This well-blended soil mix delivers vital nutrients and provides excellent drainage. Grading soil is an ideal product to use as a growing medium given its high drainage properties. This product contains no biosolids or manure. This product can be applied as a one-inch-thick layer under new sod/turf installations. It is ideal for final grading sites and filling low spots. Generally used in landscape beds and lawns.
